Always look forward to anything xara does, but there are problems with web 7, like it crashes when opening some of my web6 sites but not all, and page previews do not work (missing filters?),and other than not being able to use it for past work, I love the new layer gallery and quite a few other things. I'm sure they'll get it fixed soon.

That is if it's the program's fault For these things to be bugs other people would have to see the same problems. Can't comment on your WD6 pages but mine open fine in WD7 and preview works [in all the browsers - a neat addition to WD ] Perhaps you should completely uninstall and reinstall? Disabling AV and firewall just while you do the install might also help. Waiting for Xara to fix something that isn't broken might take a while

    Hi bb2,

That shortcut to the executables worked a treat. Thank you.

I just upgraded from 6 to 7 and was wondering if there's a "easy" way to import your website from 6 to 7? Do we have to do it page-by-page using the import function or is there a way to import the entire site?

    Thanks for the tips/help.

Thanks, but when I do that only the first page (index.html) imports. The other pages are "left behind."

When you save the .web all the pages are in it. If you are opening the .web and there is only one page then that's all that was saved

Hmm, but when I open it (the .web file) in 6, all of the pages show up and can be worked on. It's saving and showing all of the pages in 6.

But for some reason (and I must be doing something wrong), when I open the same .web file in 7, only the first page shows up.

What's strange is that the bottom of the page in 7 shows that it's 1 of 12 pages. But the other 11 are not showing up.

Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.
