Designer Pro 6 and 'Title Text' for images

Hi Guys,

I am a new user and so far am enjoying Designer Pro 6, one quick question - I used to use expression web and used the title tag to place a small dialogue box over the image when hovered over, how do I do this in designer pro 6?

You can also use the Image Properties tab of the Web Properties dialog. See attached image.
