Nav Bar Home button not working

the MouseOver button doesnt seem to be turning off.

i did soft group these...
what am i missing? all of the other buttons, subs, and sub-sub buttons work.

why is the Home Button Still Dark Gray?

Because you are on the home page.

Designer, Web Designer, etc. by default uses the mouse over state to indicate the current page.
