Default XWD Suggestion for saving pages as PHP

I'd like to suggest that XWD save my pages as either HTM or PHP. If saved as PHP then I can easily execute PHP code. I realize that I can rename the HTM page to PHP but this creates a maintenance nightmare for future enhancements to the website. I'm forced to remember that when I make changes to the HTM page in XWD that I must rename the page and then publish the page. Plus I cannot easily test my PHP code in the HTM page.

    Hi,

You can set the file extension on a per page basis to whatever you want to it to export as in your Xara document so you don't need to manually change anything after exporting it.

Select the page you want to change the extension of and go to Utilities -> Web Properties -> Page tab and append the file extension to the Page file name.

If the file extension is not specified here then it will export with default settings, as .htm.
