close, open: Popup

I have a problem with Popups.
I would like with pleasure this if I a Popup if clicks itself the old which is already openly closes.
How does this function?

Another example:
popup:"layername2(lock)", close "layername1(lock)", "layername3(lock)", "layername4(lock)"

This would open layername2 and close layername1, layername3 and layername4 if any of them were open first.
