nav bar - mouseover mouseoff help

I have been at this for 8+ hours...

did the forum search, and watched the youtube videos and tried every single combination under the sun except one... the one i dont know

xara pro 6
i have a working nav bar (27 pages)
works on preview (27 pages)
can i add another mouse over/ mouse off to any of these 27 pages?
i can see the mouse off but not the mouse over layer what am i missing???
if i add page 28 at the beginning , middle or end both states work???
does this have to do with the 27 page nav bar?

got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! all mouseover & off layers have to be on the same mouseover & off layer. i think this is changed from early versions or my eyes are just shot! am i even making any cents????

If you double click on the Navigation Bar it will open the Navigation Bar Properties menu. You can drag and drop buttons to a new location. You can also double click to add a new button which can link within the site or to another site or file I believe.
