Error Running Xara 3d maker 8 trial

Hi all

After installed Xara 3d maker 8 trial version I got this error:

"can't create the usercontent directory specified in the install.cng. Application will be closed."

Please help me to correct it.

My operating system is Windows home 7

I believe it's Xara 3D Maker 7.

I am not sure why this is happening but check back. I'll try to get someone from Xara to respond. It may take a few days to please be patient. In the meantime one of the members may have a solution.

Hi

The program is failing to create a directory on your machine in C:\ProgramData folder. Its likely some security based software is interfering with the programs installation.

Are you manually able to browse to this folder? can you create folder in this location as a test?. Please submit a ticket from http://support.xara.com and we will try and assist you.
