Add an option to refresh the web page

Please add a build option to include the addition of code to always refresh the web page whenever a user visits. This option will probably not be used by experienced users, but will help people that are inexperienced with the software or always modifying their website.

Make the option default to "on" but allow experienced users to turn it off or at least specify the refresh period.

I realise this can be done with a code snippet, but people are always getting caught out.

Good point and good idea.

I think that some ISP's set the default to load the cashed page if there is one to make the browsing experience faster. And this is why some users cannot see changes they have made to their sites even when they do refresh or reload the page.
