Default WD6: Align page border issue

I am using the 'Associate' template and have resized/updated the logo in the header. There is an object at the top acting as a header that has a border/logo/gradient.

The problem is that this header object doesn't have the exact same curve as the border of the page border so a small gap is visible which doesn't look right. I believe if I am able to bring the top page border down a little, it will blend into the header object.

How do I make the page border not start at row zero, but rather start at +50px or something?

Below is an example of the visible gap between the header object and the page border.

Solved for now.. I used the shape editor tool, but it's not perfect.

If anyone has any ideas on how to move the page border down a bit from the top of the page, I am still interested in seeing that as it will likely look better since the curve would be perfect.
