Large buttons on control bar

Hi, I'm new to Web Designer 6 and just starting to customize my workspace. I've arranged the buttons and control bars easily enough, but the "large buttons" options at the bottom of the dialogue box is always greyed out and this option isn't available to me. Any suggestions?

Large buttons are not available using the dark grey UI. The 'old' UI can be used by ctrl+shift+alt+s, but this screws-up control bar setup which you'll have to do again.

The default UI (dark grey) uses "Large" buttons. Changing to the light UI will not enable larger icons.
