Hi there
I am having an issue when uploading changes and new content to our website. The upload goes thru successfully using FTP software, however when viewing the website live random elements are missings, ie, some photos.
Any ideas?
Many thanks

Welcome to TG.
Perhaps it's your browser cache. Try refreshing the page.
It's always better to ask new questions in a new thread, rather than just add questions onto someone else's thread - you will get a better response that way.
I did think of that and cleared the cache, but same result. I also logged on from a separate PC, but same result.

You have hijacked someone else's thread, but as you are a new user we shall forgive you.
There are a few things that may be happening here.
By default Xara exports your file as htm. You should save your site as index. If you do this Xara names the home page index.htm which makes the browser automatically load the page. If you named your site index.html the first time, but forgot the second time and named your site index, then you would have two index files. index.html takes precedence over index.htm so even if your index.htm is newer, the browsers will always load the index.html file. So, make sure you do not have two index pages.
Second, when you export/publish your site Xara also creates an important folder in which it places your images, your style sheet, any scripts it has created and stuff like that. This folder has the same name as the name you saved your site with when you published. So, if you published/saved your site as index.html then Xara will create a folder index_html_files. This folder has to be in the same directory as your index.html file. All of the pages in your website look for images, text styles, scripts, etc. in this folder. If they do not find this folder then your page will look as you described.
If you let Xara publish your site to your web host then this is done automatically.
