Photo Popup Fine in Preview & Firefox but not in IE

Hi, I have a few pages of photo galleries but I am having the following problem. I set the popup to be 500px in all phtoos. The photo popup shows at the right size while in preview mode, but when I export the website and open it with IE, the photo popups are randomly different sizes. When I open with Firefox, popups are fine and the right size. What could possible be causing this? How could I fix it?

Well... turns out that there wasn't a problem after all. Once I published the website, no problem with popups. For some reason, it just happens within my computer (previews and exported website).
