    Why?
    Well, having been a sailor, I've had enough of the sea!

    But to echo the remark of a few posts ago, 'very atmospheric'.

    Thank you Dave, Steve, Rik, Bob and Larry for your taking the time to view my drawing and your more than kind comments.

    Rik, I know what you mean reference being a Sailor, I was on a ship like the one in the drawing, but some of the most memorable times I had was being out in the middle of the ocean with stars beyond count, it was truly beautiful and quiet.

    I'm glad you all liked it, I guess I achieved what I was trying to say in the drawing. I enjoy doing drawings the honor veterans

    Love your style, I think the black and white gives it good atmosphere.
