Why is my nav bar doing this?

The green Nav bar on the side has a mouseover effect that I am not a fan of and it shows up in strange places. If you mouse over any of the specialty classes, Jumping Workshop or Training Method, the mouseover effect is of different text entirely. Please help . I haven't been able to figure it out. I would like there to be no mouseover effect.

That does not look so hot does it?

My guess is that the mouse off and mouse over images are different. Remove the soft group and then delete the mouse over versions and recreate the mouse over version using the mouse off version. Then Soft group and link.
