runtime error

I finally got the runtime error abnormal program termination, after using the software since it cam out. I am talking for both web designer six and designer pro6. I did the sp3 (msxml4) reinstall and restarted my computer, bummer!!!

okay this is really sucking now!! I have websites to update and I am dead in the water, PLease tell me I do not have to redo these websites from scratch with some other software

id recommend submitting a support ticket from http://support.xara.com Please include all relevant information such as when the error occurs along with the complete text shown within the error message.

Also does the error occur with a particular file or when opening any file within the programs?
