How to contact Xara support ?

Am a owner of xara web designer 6

While saving half way the computer power trip off. Now file can open but unable to move or any graphic - error was shown. was given a Reference code to contact support but I cant get the support user name / password right. There is no request for password feature or whatsever - only have this talkgraphic.com stated there.

How? Need help urgently

The same details are used to login to the support system as you use to login to your Xara account. If you are unsure of your login details, then please visit http://xara.com and click on sign in link found on the top right side of the page. This will direct you to the login page. Click on the link labelled 'ive forgotten my password' and this will direct you to a page allowing you to enter your email address and have your password information sent to you.
