Changing out background to IMG.

How would i change the outer background to and img.

The img below shows the outer image being the color gray, i would like that to be an img the on im pointing at. Is this possible?

Hello

Drag your image from Windows Explorer and while holding CTRL, drop it directly into the Pasteboard area. That should do it.

It is probably in the Help menu under Backgrounds. Nope just looked. Not there and not readily apparent.

Sometimes it's faster to just ask.
