You could try www.zoho.com or Google Documents (docs.google.com) web-based spreadsheets. Just use a placeholder to embed their code into your page.

Have you searched in Google Gadgets and www.widgetbox.com - I saw a few "body mass" widgets listed.

That is more of a form/utility and not a spread sheet. Maxtrac has the right idea.
