The chiropractors in Derby are a pretty straight-laced bunch. Look at this in their "Legal stuff" :
I would love to see them try and enforce that, LOLYou may not create any hyperlinks to the WellBeing Clinics site other than to the homepage without our prior written consent.
This page is about chiropractors in Derby and the conditions they treat... allegedly!
Oh, nice compact little site, StD
If someone tried to make me dig my own grave I would say No.
They're going to kill me anyway and I'd love to die the way I lived:
Avoiding Manual Labour.
I imagine they'll be booking court space to sue Google any day now.

Just for info Beretgascon
Chiropractors treat more than just bad backs all those conditions listed have been proven by research that chiropractic treatment is effective for them. Of course in the UK we are are subject to the ASA code of practice.. advertising must be honest, truthful etc blah blah ad infinitum

My point had nothing to do with what chiropractors can or cannot do. I'm sure they're a sterling bunch of people. My point was the quote from their Ts&Cs which is ludicrous. I appreciate the content was simply given to you to insert - over the years I too have added content to sites that I have had great difficulty not busting into tears of laughter over

They could try:

That building looks like it could use a little chiropractic help, Mr. Dog. It looks very out of alignment.

Hi all
Their intent for the hyperlink line was purely from a regulatory body point of view really quote 'chiros must not accept an inducement gift or hospitality promote....where a financial gain is made' all to do with inproper coercion of patients or associated with companies that could appear to be as conflict of interest. It was designed incase links were made and a complaint went to the regulatory body...a sort of get out of jail free. Yes unenforceable. No im sure they have no papers serving google. I liked your reply james if ok will suggest it to the client as it achieves what they want without being silly - agree with you beretGascon in that respect also and gary i think that building will require quite a bit of care perhaps even outside their broad scope of practice and things they treat
thanks to you all
