Help creating the attached graphic design

I would like to be able to create a similar graphic design in corel. Can someone help me on how can i do it using corel paint shop pro x3?

It shouldn't be difficult at all if you're familiar with PSP. My notes assume you've used PSP.

1st, make your canvas much wider than you think you'll need
2nd, type your words in the typeface and size that you choose. Be sure to type them on separate layers.
3rd, then convert the layers to raster layers
4th, on a new layer, draw out a rectangle the same height as your words. Fill it with the same color of your text.
5th, copy this layer and move the rectangles to either side of your words.
6th, merge the rectangles and the top word, then merge the rectangles and the 2nd word
7th, use the pick tool to rotate and move the words to your liking

I like a challenge. If something's been created in one app I always want to see if it can be done easily in Xara Designer Pro, the worlds grooviest graphics app :

I agree with the Xara comment! But it isn't hard to do in PSP, just takes longer :-)

Did WebExpert return or have I missed it?

It's odd but I've never associated the phrase "web expert" with the phrase "paint shop pro"

I think the board logs you out when you leave, so if you come back to read posts you need to log on to be visible.

Yes if you do not select remember me (or is it log me in automatically on vbulletin?) the forum logs you out after 15 minutes of inactivity.

In the right hands Paint Shop Pro will deliver excellent results.
Just don't try to do in in X3! :-)
