    Default Linking to sound files

Hi. I am a complete newcomer to this. Many years ago I created a web site (with Microsoft Front Page 2000) in which I created a list of words in English and Welsh. When I rolled over the Welsh word it linked to a sound file which then "spoke" the Welsh word. Is this possible in either Web designer 5 or 6?
    Hope so
    Thanks for looking
    Richard

    As it happens Gary ...

    Hi Richard

[1] Download PAZERA flash converter (http://www.pazera-software.com/produ...ash-converter/)
    [2] Convert audio to .swf
[3] create new layer named 'audio1' (for example)
[4] On layer 'audio1', add a placeholder object and 'Replace with flash file' choosing your converted audio file from step 2.
    [5] Hide the 'audio1' layer
[6] On the mouseoff layer create your 'Translate' link and in the 'mouseover' tab of web properties, link it to the 'audio1' layer.
    [7] Preview and test.
    [8] Publish

Optional. If you want an arrow pointer when hovering over the text, add # to the 'Link to web address'

    Nice trick
Will the sounds stop when the popup is closed too, or continue playing until finished?

There is no popup to close. It's a mouseover. The audio will stop if you move the mouse away
