web designer 6 web properties

Im just learning this program so not sure what im missing, in web properties all
areas are grayed out and wont let me into any fields to publish, help....

Not sure what is going on here. The only website property icon that should be disabled is the Navigation Bar Tool.

If you are looking at the Links or Image pages everything will be grayed out until you have made a selection. Then the appropriate options will be enabled.

Does this help or is this not the problem?
