Magnet on the tool bar

Hi everyone

Hope you all had a great christmas.... on with the show my 'magnet' which has been selected for ages and not obvious to me what it does..further to xhris recent post r.e drop down menu his video shows it working...it does not work in my dp6 any ideas why not even though its selected?

The orange magnet is for Snap to Objects. When the icon is in the down position, it is enabled. If you let your cursor rest over any buttons, icons etc. for a few seconds a tool tip will appear with the name of the button or icon.

Are you speaking about drop down menus as part of the Navigation Bar? If so, are the buttons linked? You can link any button to # (same page) to test whether or not they are working.
