xdp6 Problem With Placeholder and Popup Photos

    Hello All,

I have a placeholder that I am using to embed video from Vimeo. I have this placeholder placed to the back. I have 4 popup photos that when clicked show up behind the placeholder instead of in front. These popups are all on layers above everything else yet they are not working as expected. If I turn on the eye in the program they show as expected but when exported and live, they appear behind the video on the live site.

    Any ideas?

Flash player forces itself to the top of the layers within a web page. This is default behaviour regardless of the software used to create a web page. Adobe wants to make sure their software isn't covered by anything else on a page.

Should have guessed because I have tried everything I know. I will just have to tell my client that we will have to remove the popup photos from the pages containing video to prevent it from appearing strange.

    Thanks

    PXPR

How about if you put the video on a popup layer?

    This is not true.
Adobe created the WMODE for this exact purpose.

@Pixelpusher please download my file to show how this works correctly for your site and look at the change I made to your placeholder code.
