how to make a full page width site page using XWD?

I have got a task to replicate this site page.

And this site page has full browser width.I think its called floating page ( dont know exactly). Any way to make it using xara web designer, without getting the slide bar at the bottom of the browser?

You cannot do this with Xara. Xara cannot produce Liquid (fluid) pages.
Xara only produces fixed width pages with wysiwyg pixel accurate positioning.
