How to stop height-change every page?

I work with Zcard Theme and I want to give different height to my pages. Every time I pull the bottom-edge of the page, every pages change at the same time. "Stop repeating" is not highlighted. What can I do?

I am not sure which product you are using, but in Page Options > Page Size (Utilities menu) un-check All pages in document are same size.
