Editing in Dreamweaver

Hello, everybody!!!

Having designed a web site in XWD a colleague wishes to edit this site in Dreamweaver.
Everything appears quite correct in Dreamweaver WYSYWYG exept that all the text
is distorted into a very narrow column on the left hand side with blocks of text overlapping making the text unreadable and impossible to separate the different blocks.

Any suggestions, PLEASE!!! :-)))

This question comes up frequently. Web Designer, Designer, Photo and Graphic Designer are not HTML editing applications. As you have discovered, they are WYSIWYG web site creating programs. Your colleague will have to reformat the text in Dreamweaver.

Perhaps you can share screen captures of how the text is supposed to look, and send just the text as a txt file to your colleague.
