Looks really good...

It's too bad there is no way (that I know of) to pre-fetch the animated graphics, so that there's no pause when first rolling over the buttons.

The design and idea, though are really cool.

I also like the buttons - very nice effect. When I passed my cursor over the buttons there was no pause at all. The change was lightning fast, if you'll pardon the pun.
