How to stop multiple changes?

I copied photo-galleries a several times because I need more thumbnails. When I change the bitmap in the thumbnail, all the copies changes at the same time. How can I stop this and make them individual?

CTRL + DRAG ... then choose required option from dialogue pop-up

Meanwhile I've got a new problem. I ctrl-drag an image I dont want as self but anyway, the image under it changes. I need both. If I ctrl-drag it to the side, it becomes background for whole the page.
EDITED Yes, I know now only draw it without ctrl and not just onto the other image.
