Importing and using templates not from XARA??

Sorry for all the questions today.

Question1:
Can one use templates designed in other designing software in XARA?
Question2:
Can something like Joomla be imported or modified in XARA?

I have tried this and for me at least the answer is No, I even tried a template I created in Artisteer 2 for joomla but this did not work either, but their are so many options for export and setup in artisteer I may have chosen the wrong one.

You can always recreate an existing page or template it Xara. It requires a bit of work but it can be done.
