Trouble with contact form in Firefox and Safari

I have used CoffeeCup's web form maker, to make a contact form in xara web designer 6I have been testing it in different browsers and it works fine in IE8 and IE9. But the contact page will not load the contact form in Firefox or Safari In Firefox i get the page and nothing else, in Safari i get plug in missing. can anyone help, or has anyone had this problem.

If it works in IE then it's probably best to contact Coffee Cup

Does the script or part of the script have to go in the HEAD section of the HTML document?

I've used a Coffee Cup form Gary, and it doesn't need any code in the head ... anyway, it works in IE so I suspect it's not Xara's fault
