my program closes when I try to open a file

Yeah it was pretty confusing :/

I looked through google, searching for sites regarding the pwei_preloaded.exe file.
I didn’t find a lot that could help. I know that without it some programs might not work properly on the computer, but it doesn’t say how to find it again or download a new one…

I tried looking in the AppData/Local/Temp folder to make sure it wasn’t there, and it still isn’t.
