Troubles installing Xara3D6

I had bought Xara3d6 a few years ago everything worked fine until the other day when my computer crashed and reformatted. When I tried to download it again from my disc it froze in the middle of installing and it won't let me deleted it to install again. When I go to my control panel to uninstall it its not there, but I keep get a pop up stating "Failed to create WebFileUpdater object. Try reinstalling Xara3D6". This happens when I try to install it again. Confused need help to install it back in my computer. Where do I find the program to completely delete it so I can install it again.
