Well,
I think we have to sum this up to "odd glitch".
We deleted all the files on the server again, and then she republished the site & it worked fine.
One thing we did not try is "restarting the program".
That said, this forum is wonderful! (Gary, I have been reading your posts for years. I really value you help.)
