    Default resizing shapes in painter

I'm preparing an image to ink and there are some parts of it I'm trying to resize. I haven't used Painter in a bit, so I'm a tad rusty. I used the Help feature in Painter, but it just told me to use the Layer Adjuster. As far as I can tell, its default function is to just slide shapes around the canvas, but doesn't actually prompt me to resize them as per the Help explanation.

I've tried going into Orientation>Scale, but it prompts me to resize by numbers. I'd rather take a more hands on approach and just eye it.

    Thanks.

After Orientation>Scale, you should notice that the shape now has a bounding box with anchor points. You can choose to enter numeric values into the pop-up dialogue box, or you can chose to grab an anchor point and drag outwards on the actual shape. When you are done, you simply press OK in the dialogue box, or press "Enter" on your keyboard.
