No transparency in copied frames [solved]

I try to make this image transparent.



It is possible to make it transparent only in the first frame. I copied the frame and the transparent tool has no effect on the image. I copied several times and it is the same.
Why? How can I make it transparent?

EDITED: I solved it. I have to make the other layers invisible. Now I have new problem with this, I write a new topic.
