Mouseover Cursor

I have created a calendar of events on our club website. When I move the cursor down the page, each line has a mouseover event. I would like the cursor to change when it reaches a line with mouseover. I am not a programer and not familiar with HTML or Java etc. Here is the calendar page of the website.. http://www.mandurahpaddlingclub.org.au/calendar.htm
Can anyone help?

Just add the # character in the link dialogue

To explain, the # sign as an URL reloads the page and is recognized as a link. So when you preview your page, any links to # will work.
