Background fill possible?

I seen some other posts that I think were asking this but got different answers. Can DP6 put a image in the site background, like a fill? I'm talking about the body{background:;} not a layer. I want to use 1 150x150 image with a repeating fill for the background.

Hold down the Ctrl key and drag and drop the background image onto the pasteboard.

You can drag and drop from the desktop, Windows Explorer, and the Bitmap Gallery.

You can drag and drop onto the page. And you can Ctrl drag and drop colors onto the pasteboard or page.
