    Default problems importing mp4s

I`ve found after converting a video file to MP4 and them import it into my page.. the file is shown long and thin.. rather than a box as with FLV files i`ve imported. After i`ve resized it to a box.. i find once it`s exported the audio works but there isn`t a image. Any ideas?

    Welcome to TalkGraphics janie67

You did not list what product you are using when you registered. I will assume it is one of the new versions.

Have you tried dragging and dropping the file onto the page from Windows Explorer?

Thank you for your quick response.. I tried as you directed but it still brought it in distorted.

It works fine if the file is converted to a H264-AVC MPEG4, but the only program i`ve got to convert it to this format only uses AVIs. My encoder that converts FLV files doesn`t give this option... it just states mp4.

Have you tried using Format Factory?
