I love this button style, but try as I might (I'm a novice so be kind), I can't quite get the same look. Anyone know which combination of bevel settings, etc., will get this look?

No bevels used with this version, just a simple linear fill seems to do the trick.

Thanks, that helps a lot. Still have a question, though... how did you get it to have two borders? That is, it looks like there's not only the blue border, but also a white one below that, where the shadow is around.
You could apply an inner contour. Convert to editable shapes. Ungroup. Then add the Linear fill.
