Unhappy OK...I am officially stupid...but hopefully someone can help!

Apologies if this seems like a stupid question but...

Where the heck do you setup your signature to appear at the bottom of posts on forum threads...I've been everywhere in my account settings that I can think of and still cannot locate the option to set this.

I even read the instructions in the FAQ section but alas...no success.

Can anyone take a minute to point me in the right direction?

    Many thanks in advance
    Steve

    Thanks John,

I've tried your suggestion but I do not have the Edit Signature option available...as per attached. I assume there's something in the way I've setup my account that has disabled this feature...or back to my original assumption...I'm stupid!!

Intrigued to know just what you can have done! Might just be that the new admin has decided that no sigs allowed, like with private messages, until you've posted X amount of times. So they know you're not a robot ... or a hit-and-run serial signer ... or something

New members have restrictions until they reach something like 35 posts. No PMs and no signatures.

This seemingly draconian rule was put in place to cut down on spammers who often use their signature to spam.

You just need to create more posts Steve.

Thanks Gary...seems like a fair enough rule if spam has been an issue. I've learned my lesson...I'll ask sooner next time!!

And cheers to John for his help too
