THE ACCESS VIOLATION EXCEPTION AT 0x008680A1

Hi
I'm writing from Mexico City.
When ever I save and close a file(.xar, .jpg, any extension i use) in Designer pro 6 [recently purchased] the app send an error -THE ACCESS VIOLATION EXCEPTION AT 0x008680A1_ and crashes. I'm using Vista home premium 32 bits.
Is someone there that could help me with this problem?

I am receiving "Access violation exception at 0x0067EA0C"

I run XP SP 3

I've already added Designer Pro to the DEP exceptions and rebooted.

This happened when I opened up an advanced file, so I thought it was due to that, but it also happens when I start a new file and want to draw a simple circle.

Xara Designer Pro - the only and best graphics program I do all my design work in - has now become completely unusable for me... One could use the word: PANIC!
