Importing other application files

I have someone temporarily helping me out with grahic designing, she only uses photoshop and we only correspond via email. She has to get the original files to me, which is the best format she should use? We have tried .psd and wmf, non of them open in xara without giving me a problem.

The whole idea is to be able to edit them as well.

Would it be possible to have a sample .psd file attached to a post so we can see what may be causing the problem?

xara cannot open a psd with special layers [ eg clipping] - they get opened as normal layers

if you can post, as Bill says, we may be able to find the problem

What kinds of problems are you having? And what kind of editing do you wish to do.

Photoshop is not the best application for outputting files to be edited by others.

If you can work with just a bitmap image then PNG or TIFF are probably the best file formats.
