Fit text to curve

OK so I downloaded the new Web Designer 6 and have sat here until 3.36am going through it all and have struck a snag, no matter what I do (and yes I have watched the how to movie provided) I can not get the text to fit to the curve. I type the text, I draw the curve ,I select the text, click on arrange but the fit text to curve is not highlighted.

What am I doing wrong please?

You have to select the text AND the curve. Otherwise Xara has no idea which curve to fit your text to (you may have many curves on your page)

Thank you I have managed to work that out with your help! But according to Xara Help, you simply click on the curve and start typing? I seem to be missing something again.

Works for me.
Draw your curvy line and with line still selected click the text tool icon then hover the mouse cursor over the line until the text 'I' beam appears, then start typing.
