Three Tabs with mouse over and selection

I was looking for a set of buttons / layers which would allow me to create a set of tabs that when the user clicked, it would show a layer.
I couldn't find one, so I built a pretty rough one.
Originally I tried to use the navbar tool, but it didn't allow me to have the 3 layer state.

Works fine for me. Good solution.

I got this working OK on my new site. On the homepage, the three tabs, Features, Advantages, Benefits works OK on a MacBook or PC, but not on an iPad. See: My Homepage
But on the features page, where I have used a navigation bar, it works OK on all devices.
What have I done wrong?
