Can you create IPTC Metadata in Xara?

I have Xara Xtreme 4 (yes I know I need to upgrade, but can't afford to yet!) Can I create IPTC Metadata with Xara 4? If not can I in Xara 6 (it may be worth it for me to upgrade if I can!) Thanks for any help with this.

'fraid not.
DP6 can read EXIF, but can't edit that either.
IrfanView is a free image view (and more) which will allow you to write IPTC data.
