    Default Site Ranking problem

I created http://www.candelabraforhire.com three months ago but it is still ranking very low or not at all in search engines. I have appropriate key words in place and page descriptions. Can anyone advise if I have missed out something important.
    Thanks

Aside from patience, maybe this will help?
I'm no SEO expert, but I would list these points as important:

    [•] Meaningful page titles
[•] Minimal keywords (google doesn't really use keywords)
[•] Relevant textual page content (real text - no text as images)
[•] Alt text for Important images
    [•] Relevant textual page content
    [•] Regular updates
    [•] Relevant textual page content
    [•] No hidden text
    [•] Relevant textual page content
[•] No links to sites with malware or malware links
    [•] Relevant textual page content
[•] Backlinks (from other sites - the more the better)

All good points from the post above. I would add that you should optimise your website pages for the phrases your intended customers will use to find a site like yours. I put candelabra for hire scotland into Google and your site came up on page one. It's a good start considering how little textual content your site has. You need more. Tweak your site once a month at minimum.
If someone tried to make me dig my own grave I would say No.
