Can't install Web Designer 6 templates?!

Tried everything, uninstalled, re-registered, re-activated, all going great. Downloaded templates, download worked ok. Then the tricky part - click on a template design I want to use and msg says I need to install the templates!!

HELP please...somebody....!

After the Templates download, did you run the webdesigner6_templates.exe installer?

Yup and at the end of the installation a msg says can't use until Web Designer 6 is unlocked? I don't get it at all - I've registerd, I've activated, the 'affiliate' page shows up like it should but the damn templates won't work.

Yeah I buzzed them about an hour ago... can usually work my way around these things but this one's got me beat. Ta for trying to help.

I get an error if I double click on a template it says: 'An error occurred (file does not exist) when opening the file: template_name.xar
