Templates won't install

Ok my WD6 templates refuse to install and produce a message window:

XARA Web Designer 6 Content Setup
The installation is only possible after unlocking XARA Web Designer 6

I've registered and activated by submitting my serial no but is that the same as unlocking? Is there an unlock code I'm supposed to receive and input so my tempaltes will install?

Also, there was an option to telephone the activation: - the phone number does not work. Had no reply online from XAR support. Do they still exist?

Have I paid out for a package I can't use?

Have you submitted a support request / ticket (support.xara.com)?
