How to Flash animate

I designed a Backgammon game in XARA Xtreme to use with my family online. How do I make it so they can actually open it and continue playing with me or by my kids? In other words, to work as a regular game program?

It would have to be a very complicated flash file

So what do you recommend? Is there a program I must purchase to be able to make games and other stuff? Cause I do have other ideas and don't know where to go from here.
